This page describes how Hachimi Labs (“Hachimi”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use the Hachimi service. The full text is being adapted from the Stripe Atlas Privacy Policy template — this page is a placeholder until that adaptation is complete.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account email, billing details through Stripe), information about how you use the service (agent configurations, tool invocations, message history), and minimal device / connection metadata required to deliver the service. The full enumeration will land here when the legal text is finalized.
2. How we use it
We use information to operate, secure, and improve Hachimi; to bill you for paid plans; to provide customer support; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share information only with sub-processors that are essential to operating Hachimi (cloud hosting, payment processing, model providers). A current sub-processor list will be published with the finalized policy.
4. Your choices
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing hi@hachimi.io. Detailed opt-out / data-rights mechanisms will be documented in the final version.
