Terms of Use

1. The service

Hachimi provides software for creating and operating AI agents. We may update, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for content you upload or generate. You confirm you have the right to use any data you connect through Hachimi (Gmail, Drive, Slack, etc.).

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Hachimi to violate the law, infringe rights, send spam, scrape sites in violation of their terms, or operate abusive automation. We may suspend accounts that violate this — usually after a warning, immediately if there's active harm.

4. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from Billing — your access continues through the current paid period. We process payments via Stripe; charges and refunds follow our published Pricing and Stripe's policies.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Hachimi is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hachimi Labs disclaims all warranties and limits aggregate liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Detailed clauses will appear in the finalized version.

6. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice with at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
